Detailled review of Canon EOS 7D

Dpreview has posted a detailled review of the Canon EOS 7D and they are very satisfied. I quote

“The EOS 7D is an excellent addition to Canon’s range of APS-C DSLRs that is, in terms of build quality, speed of operation, ergonomics and image quality, a cut above Canon’s previous APS-C flagship, the EOS 50D. In some respects the 7D is even a better camera than the EOS 5D Mark II and a viable alternative for all those who do not want or need a camera with a full-frame sensor.”

Canon EOS-1D Mark IV – the ISO war

Canon has announced the new EOS-1D Mark IV and matches the ISO 102,400 offer of Nikons new D3s. The new EOS-1D features a new 45 point AF system probably fixing the issues of the past, a new 16 MP sensor, 10 fps continuous shooting and 1080p HD video capture. More details on the Canon homepage.
